Above: This board has heaps of tail rocker and a nice vee. Really goes rail to rail well and drives impressively for a single fin. The fin has a lot of flex, helping the drive.
Left: The blank I used glued up with red glue. These eps blanks are really just slabs of foam. I wanted the board to flex, but I didn’t want to break it right away, so I over-glassed the board. Triple 6 oz deck and double 6 oz bottom with a yellow tint.
Below: The outline is cut here and I’ve shaped in the bottom. You can see the rocker well, and note the slabby look of the blank. Any dome to the deck must be shaped in. A bit more work than the old close tolerance Clark’s.
